Regent House Hotel offers a three-bedroomed garden apartment that sleeps up to six guests.

The apartment is well furnished and equipped and has a delightful patio leading off from the living room into a lovely cottage garden.

Accommodation comprises: kitchen, living room, 3 bed rooms (1 family room with a double bed and a single bed; one single room; one twin room). This garden apartment is totally non-smoking. All beds are made up for your arrival and towels provided.

The apartment is great base from which to explore Edinburgh and is right next door to the Regent House Hotel, where keys can be picked up and dropped off and tourist information provided from our reception.

We can also arrange day trips to the Trossachs and the Highlands of Scotland. Our apartment is situated in the Broughton area, within the famous New Town of Edinburgh, and is only a short walk from Princes Street, the Waverley train station, the bus station and all major attractions.

Minimum stay is 3 nights, from £135- £210 per night. (depending on season) Refundable security deposit of £250 is required upon check-in for the apartment.

Please note that the property does not accept bookings for parties in the apartment. The hotel is entitled to charge the guest if they breach the ‘no parties in the flat policy’ or if they damaging any items in the flat.

QUIET TIME IS 10 PM. We ask all guests to respect this and avoid loud activities after 10 pm.
